The solution

As part of the same project, Fluidity transitioned CIOL’s telecoms solution into our cloud based VOIP product migrating them away from an onsite PBX solution. This was proving costly to run, was inflexible and hindered the organisations plans for growth of their service delivery.

Due to public sector contract, CIOL were required to maintain a Cyber Essentials accreditation. CIOL instructed Fluidity to manage and oversee meeting the criteria to conform with successful approval of the certification. Fluidity not only ensured the solutions we provide for the client met the criteria required, but also worked with them to address changes to business processes.

The pandemic forced CIOL to adopt to remote working, but thanks to Fluidity’s solutions the organisation plans to retain remote and hybrid working as its default approach to promote both business continuity and to continue to benefit from improved efficiencies. Fluidity’s hybrid cloud solution and cloud-based VOIP offering presented sizeable savings on office costs whilst enhancing productivity.
