The solution
From an on-premises server solution, to hosted desktop to hybrid cloud. The technical journey EVP have been on with Fluidity has seen them transition deeper into a digital transformation.
EVP required a solution that would allow secure access to a line of business applications hosted in Fluidity’s private cloud. The data is required to be accessed from multiple locations, while utilising the Microsoft 365 for data storage and email. Fluidity successfully delivered the required outcome, reducing their monthly expenses but increasing productivity.
This project has see a change in the nature of ticket requirements received onto the desk. Tickets now elude to curiosity around exploring the Microsoft applications in more detail, as opposed to incidents.
Why
Wireless connectivity within a rural environment for guest WIFI users.
EVP accommodate seasonal workers throughout the calendar year and have a duty to provide facilities to ensure their stay is comfortable. Fluidity was engaged to provide a solution that would provide guest wireless internet connectivity for the workers. Fluidity deployed a Cisco Meraki solution that allows the workers to purchase internet connectivity when it is required via a secure gateway. The fully managed infrastructure allows us manage the network remotely, and facilitate other services such as CCTV.
