A remote working requirement in order to reduce the need for a London office.
The solution
Migrated all productivity services into Microsoft office 365, hosting the AD within our private cloud. All end point hardware was refreshed to bring up to spec and increased security measures and provide staff with more modern technology. Fluidity transitioned them into our cloud based VOIP solution, migrating away from an onsite PBX solution. This was proving costly to run and was inflexible and hindered the organisations plans for growth of their service delivery.
Due to public sector contract, they were required to maintain a Cyber Essentials accreditation. The pandemic allowed them to forcibly consider remote working on a permanent basis, presenting sizeable savings on office costs.
