Why?

To provide a reliable, robust, and cloud-first technology platform.

The solution

In consultation with the school’s leadership team and in understanding the school’s plans and objectives, Fluidity has developed a strategic road map. This document identified the school’s current technology risk profile and gave a clear direction of travel and a plan to allow the school to build a technology solution that provides the best educational opportunities for their students.

Utilising Fluidity’s educational service offerings, Fosters have unlimited remote support coupled with regular onsite visits from an educational IT specialist. Our dedicated engineering service provides a deep understanding of the school’s business operations and aids the production of the strategic roadmap for improvements.

Fluidity is working with Fosters to ensure that all areas of current technology provisions are fit for purpose and providing value for money.  Savings identified are being used to fund the digital transformation project.
Fosters service delivery manager is Identifying true costs of ownership for systems such as the schools MIS. Following the “cloud first” strategic plan, it has allowed the school to start a migration of the full MIS solution to a cloud base system, reducing their onsite hardware, licensing and support burden.

“Since Fluidity have taken over our IT support we have found them to be open, clear, efficient and honest. Their engineers are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. We could not recommend them highly enough”.
